Marq's Spirit Week

These photos are from Marq's Spirit Week at the end of December. I thought I lost the memory stick and just found it.

Monday - Pajama Day

Tuesday - Messy Hair Day

Wednesday - Fake an Injury Day

I did not take a photo of Thursday - Sport's day and Friday was half day for Teacher's In Service.

Guitar Hero

I now officially have 3 musicians at home. Liam has taken an interest in Ben's bass so we got him a beginner's guitar. It was on clearance at Toy's R Us. When we saw it, it was too good not to pass up. Not that he can really play much, but he can strum along with daddy or Kuya. And the biggest plus is, he will not mess with Ben's bass anymore.

Valentine's Day

I got these flowers from Ben. He tried to get me purple flowers. It was really sweet. I also go a new Dallas Cowboys tee, a Snuggie... yes that thing on TV that looks like a coat/blanket. I always feel cold and take blankets down stairs and leave them on the sofa. I thought that was really funny but I need it. We went to a Valentine's Breakfast. And of course the cards. I got one from each of the boys. Ben always gets the perfect card, always funny but adds his own sweet words. I also got my hair done as part of my present. I have been missing my highlights so I got some! It was a great Valentine's day I got to spend with my boys.

Liam Loves Bruno

Every dog is Bruno. Albert across the street is Bruno. Pluto, Micky Mouse's dog is also Bruno. It is actually really funny. He'll call Kazu, "Cashew" Or is sounds like cashew. He'll tell you that they are called a dog or puppy but if you ask him what their name is... BRUNO! We ultimately know that if we ever buy a dog, we will have to borrow that name from my mother. We bought this Pluto stuffed toy in Tulsa this weekend after the Live show. He wanted Mickey Mouse and Bruno...

Disney Playhouse Live

We made it through our 1st major show with Liam. We went to Tulsa for the Disney show. It was just shy of being 2 hours long. We did not stay the whole time though. Liam found it disappointing that the characters were "not really there." Most of them were played by actual adults and looked nothing like the actual cartoons, so he insisted when we told him that someone was Darby or Manny. He quickly told us, "No, that is not." Same thing for Einsteins too. He was excited to see Mickey Mouse, Tigger and Rocket though. He danced his little butt off during the songs. It was fun overall. We all went down to the show. Marq even went.
